A selection of washed bourbon, Caturra and Catuai beans from the northwest region of Guatemala, grown at an average altitude of 1500-2000 feet. These coffee beans are harvested from farms where the families are usually 3rd or 4th generation farmers and have direct sales to their purveyors.
This is a medium roast with aromas of heavy chocolate mixed with almonds, hints of citrus and a mild acidic tone. A beautiful blend for your morning cup of joe or as cold brew at home.
